The Blue Spaniel dog breed is the result of cross breeding between the Australian Cattle dog and the Cocker Spaniel purebreds. The Blue Spaniel dogs are called hybrid dogs. They are loving, gentle, affectionate, social and intelligent dogs. They are medium in size.
They come in grey black speckled forming a bluish shade, with black patches.
The coat of the blue spaniel is wavy or flat.
These dogs are gentle, intelligent, obedient, lively and alert. They love to be with humans and get along well with children, showing patience and love. They are considered to be a quiet breed.
