The Afghan Spaniel is a hybrid dog. It is a cross breed between Afghan Hound and Cocker Spaniel purebreds.
Color
They are available in colours Black, light beige , deer red, tan and black and multicolored.
Coat
Body hair is medium in length while hair on head is short. Silken hair feathering is found on ear, chest, belly and legs.
Personality
The Afghan Spaniel is loveable and playful dogs that are sensitive to your tone.
Care
Every day brushing of hair is very preferred. Regular trimming of hair, every fourth week, is also required. Excessive hair between pads, chest, ear should be removed.
Training
They are very trainable and very seldom cause any problems during training sessions.
Activity
These dogs love to play and frolic and also like retrieving and swimming.
