General

The American Bullweiler is a designer dog cross between the American Bulldog and Rottweiler. They make a great watchdog with their size and is a wonderful family companion.

Color

They come in variations of colors brown, black, tan, shades of yellow-brown to golden and can possible have white markings on their chest and face.

Coat

The coat of the American Bullweiler is dense, short, weather-resistant and stiff to touch like their American Bulldog parent.

Personality

The American Bullweiler is a loving, affectionate, charming, fun and lively. They are friendly with children and other pets especially to those who are raised with them.

Care

The American Bullweiler sheds little to none. They will require minimal brushing and grooming. Bathing should be done when necessary to refrain possible skin irritations and allergies.

Training

These breeds are highly intelligent and very easy to train. Training should be with consistency, gentle, fair and firm. Early socialization and training on puppyhood is recommended.

Activity

The American Bullweilers are active indoors and will need above average exercises. They are very energetic, lively and playful. They can dwell in apartment living if they are given enough exercises.
