General
The Aussie-Corgi dogs are produced by cross breeding the Australian Shepherd and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi purebreds.
These dogs are very active and playful but not hyper. They love children and other family members and make very good family toy dog.
Color
They come in variety of colours with white marking anywhere on the body.
Coat
They have medium fluffy coat.
Personality
The Aussie-Corgis are fun dogs that are very active and love the whole family specially children. They are intelligent and affectionate breed that can sometimes show some stubbornness. They are far from being considered lap dogs due to high levels of energy. They need attention of the family members and regular workout opportunities otherwise may become bored and consequently destructive. They get along very well with other dogs and show friendly gestures towards them.
Care
Proper and regular exercise is must for the Aussie-Corgi. Weekly brushing is required to keep shedding in the house to minimal.
Training
Daily training is recommended for this breed as they enjoy training sessions and learn quickly.
Activity
Regular walk for one hour or more is enough to keep their energy levels under control.
