The Bassador is a hybrid that is the result of cross breeding between the Basset Hound and the Labrador Retriever purebreds.
They are large dogs with short legs and belong to hounding family but they make a great family dog.

They have a number of coat colours like black, yellow and chocolate.

The coat is short and smooth.

Personality

They are great family dogs. They are loving and intelligent and are good with small children and other dogs and pets in the family.

Care

This breed is an average shedder. They will require regular brushing to remove excessive hair.

They can be easily trained to follow rules.

Activity

This breed is known to be very playful, energetic, lively and active indoors. They can dwell in an apartment or condo provided that they have given enough exercises they needed. Above average of exercises is recommended for this breed to burn off their energies.
