Breed Details
General
The Bo-Dach is a mixed breed dog that is obtained from cross breeding of a Boston Terrier and a Dachshund purebreds. They have a small size body. The legs are short but proportionate to the body. These dogs have longish tapered tail. The head is round, eyes are black and so is the nose. They hold an expression of liveliness.
Color
They come in shades of black, brown, fawn and brindle.
Coat
The coat is short and tight to the skin.
Personality
They inherit the wonderful family dog traits from their parent genes and themselves are very good family dogs. They have lots of love to give and they bond strongly to their human owners. They are equally good for single owners and family. They are very alert dogs who would make very good watchdogs as they are very alert to anything out of the ordinary around them.
Care
Their coat requires regular care and clipping and trimming when required. Regular brushing keeps their coat free of debris.
Training
They are high energy dogs and require good amount of exercises.
Activity
Regular walking for 1-2 hours daily is necessary. Play sessions in dog parks also help them keep their energy levels under control.
