Breed Details

General

The Bordoodle is a cross between a Border Collie and a Poodle purebreds and these dogs are hybrid by birth. They are medium sized dogs and have a low or no shedding coat. The coat comes in black, white, chocolate and cream colours. They are very good family dogs but need to be trained from beginning. They are good with children and get along well with other dogs and pets in the family.

Color

They are available in black, white, chocolate and cream colouring.

Coat

They have a low to no shedding coat; hence require minimum care. Their coat is wavy and silky to touch.

Personality

They are very loving dogs and make for good family pets. Early age socialization with pets and dogs is recommended. They are happy, intelligent and fun dogs for the whole family.

Care

Since they do not shed much, if any, occasional brushing of the coat is enough for them.

Training

They need to be trained from the beginning to be good with children and other pets in the family. They learn fast.

Activity

They are active indoors and can dwell in an apartment living.
