The Bullboxer Pit is a cross between an American Pitbull Terrier and a Boxer purebreds. They are called hybrid dogs due to their origination from two different pure breeds.
These dogs are medium to large size dogs with an average height of 20 to 26 inches and weight around 50-80 pounds. These dogs are alert, cheerful, loyal, social and intelligent. They make good family pets for families with children.
These dogs are found in black, black and tan, brown and yellow or any mix of these colours.
They can have short and fine coat that is easy to maintain and groom.
The Bullboxer Pit dogs are playful, lively, energetic and strong. They are loyal and loving to their family and alert and wary of strangers but due to their social nature, they will become friendly towards them after a short time. They are very gentle and affectionate to children and will generally do good with other dogs and pets although they have a tendency to chase after cats and other fleeing animals and need early age proper training to curb this habit. They are very human loving and family oriented dogs and will make very good companion dogs.
Supervision is necessary when these dogs are with children as they have a tendency to be hyperactive when playing.
They are easy to train dogs with gentle yet firm training routines.
They are very energetic dogs and will need to be taken for dog play and running in a safe area. Daily walk is a must.
