General
The Cairnoodle are also known as Poocan or Cairnpoo or Cairn Poo. They are called hybrid dogs because they are a blend of two mix breeds, a Cairn Terrier and a Poodle. They have a compact body and curly or wavy coat. Their face is either round or long with round eyes. Their ears are long and triangular.
Color
They are found in a mix of red, black, tan, gray and cream colours.
Coat
The coat is either very curly or slightly wavy and it requires daily brushing and frequent grooming.
Personality
These hybrids are small in size and very loving and affectionate. They love to get attention and want to be around the family most of the time. Their loyalty, protective and playful nature and eager to please attitude make them great family pets. They are very social dogs and get along very well with children in the family. They are equally good with other dogs and pets. All in all, they are a very good choice for a family and companion dog.
