General
The Chabrador is a hybrid dog that is a mix between the Chow Chow and the Labrador Retriever purebreds. They are medium to large size dogs that inherit traits from their parent breeds. Which parent breed traits are dominant decides what character and personality the resulting Chabrador dog will have. They inherit alert, cheerful, independent, responsive and social behavior traits from the Labrador and aggressive, detached, independent, loyal and intelligence traits from the Chow Chow.
Color
They may be found in many colours including but not limited to black,blue, brown, red, yellow or any mix of these colours.
Coat
Their coat can be dense, thick, short/long and water-repellent.
Personality
They are very independent dogs that would require obedience training from the puppyhood. They are very strong and a little aggressive dogs. They are friendly with family members but supervision may be required when they are around children. They are loving and loyal dogs that make good family dogs.
Care
They may require normal to frequent grooming.
Training
This breed will need a very firm training and are not best for inexperienced owners. Early socialization and training at puppyhood is highly recommended. They needs fairness, firmness, consistency in training and do not respond to harsh methods.
Activity
They are active and strong dogs and would require play and exercise sessions as well as regular walks.
