General
The Chi-Spaniel is a mix between a Chihuahua and a Cocker spaniel purebreds. They are cute looking small size dogs. They have small body with floppy ears and eyes of the spaniel or chihuahua. These hybrids are courageous, alert, loyal, intelligent and social. These characteristics make them very good family dogs. Their even temperament means they are suitable for families with small children.
Color
They are found in many different colours like black, black and tan, blue, white, red and silver.
Coat
They may have long coat like a chihuahua or a soft medium coat like a Cocker Spaniel.
Personality
The Chi-Spaniel dogs have all the traits that make them very loveable and adorable. They are very gentle and patient with children. These dogs love to get attention of their family members. They may need early socialization to prevent their possessive behavior towards one or more family members. They are alert dogs that will caution their owners if they feel something unusual.
