Breed Details
General
The Corgipoo dogs are hybrid dogs that are a mix between a Cardigan Welsh Corgi and a Poodle purebreds. They are small size dogs having strong body, floppy ears Poodle and loose limb Corgi. They are loving, affectionate, powerful and active dogs. They may be nippy and can be wary of other dogs and pets if not properly socialized in their puppyhood.
Color
They are found in a variety of colours. They are found in shades of red, sable, brindle or black with or without tan points, white and white and black.
Coat
Their coat is medium in size and double coat. The outer coat is dense, protective, wiry while the inner coat is soft and insulating.
Personality
They are very lively dogs. Very loving and affectionate, they may wish to spend most of their time with family. They love to have attention and lots of attention. They like to break any rules and seem to enjoy breaking them. They are very difficult to house train and would require patience and consistent training. They are good with children and elderly people. These dogs are so loveable that all this seems worth having them as family dogs.
Care
They are low shedders and do not require frequent grooming. Daily brushing is enough to keep their fur free of debris.
Training
They may be difficult to train because of their Corgi trait. They are very bright and intelligent and would need patient and consistent training sessions.
Activity
Being very lively dogs, they would need fair amount of exercise indoor and outdoor. Daily walk would keep them happy and fit.
