General

The English Bullweiler dogs are a result of cross breeding between a Bulldog and a Rottweiller purebreds. They are referred to as hybrid dogs or designer dogs because they originate from cross breeding of two different pure breeds. These hybrids display characteristics and features of both parent breeds.

These dogs are medium to large size dog breeds that stand in between 18-27 inches. Their weight is in the range of 70-110 pounds.

These hybrids are loving, loyal, courageous and fearless dogs that are protective of their family. They do well with all ages and are gentle with children. Their alertness makes them good watchdogs.

Color

The English Bullweiler dogs are found in different colors like black, black and tan, red and white or brindled colorings.

Coat

They have a short, thick and coarse coat.

Personality

The English Bullweiler dogs are very affectionate, gentle and loving dogs. They are even-tempered dog breed that get along well with all ages. They are specially good with children although should be socialized with them from puppyhood. They are very alert and attentive dogs and have a built-in protective instinct that makes them very protective of their family. They are obedient and responsive dogs but will need socialization and obedience training from early age.

Their coat needs moderate grooming and regular brushing.

Their intelligence and obedience makes them easy to train although Bulldog willful instinct may need to be taken care of through gentle and consistent training sessions.

Activity

These hybrids would need moderate physical activities. As like any dog, they would need daily walks to keep them happy and fit.
