Breed Details
General
The Giant Schnoodle is a mix between a purebred Giant Schnauzer and a purebred Poodle (standard). They are called hybrid dogs due to their origination from two different pure breeds.
The Giant Schnoodle can weigh around 70-80 pounds and can be around 25 to 28 inches in height. This breed is known for its calm temperament, loving nature and non-shedding, hypo-allergenic quality. The Giant Schnoodle is an ideal family dog for people who have allergies as this breed is completely non-shedding.
The Giant Schnoodle is very fun loving and itself a fun to have in the family. These dogs are extremely loving and caring for the whole family specially children. They love to be with their family members. Their exceptional intelligence makes them very easy to train and they can learn very quickly. At the same time, they can get bored easily. These giant teddy bears will need constant mental stimulation to keep them from getting bored.
The Giant Schnoodles will need lots of exercise to keep them happy. They will need atleast one hour of exercise daily to keep them happy and fit. Lack of exercise will result in your Giant Schnoodle trying to play in the house and the idea of having an 80 lbs pet bouncing around the house is not what you are looking for. So if you are going to get yourself a very loving, caring, hypo-allergenic, playful and very intelligent dog, you should be prepared to take it to exercise daily otherwise your loving dog will become frustrated.
