Breed Details
General
The Great Danebull is a mix between a purebred American Pit Bull Terrier and a purebred Great Dane. They are called hybrid dogs due to their origination from two different pure breeds.
These dogs are large in size with an average height and weight of 24 to 30 inches and 60 to 100 pounds respectively. These dogs are alert, cheerful, loyal and very friendly. These dogs have an imposing size and can be used as deterrent for intruders.
Color
They are found in black, blue, black and tan, brown, yellow and fawn or any mix of these colours.
Coat
Their coat is short, smooth, glossy and a little stiff.
Personality
The Great Danebull dogs are great looking and have an imposing size but their nature makes them gentle giants. They are very friendly and kind. They are protective but non-aggressive dogs who love humans as well as other dogs and pets in the family. These dogs can have chasing instincts of an APBT but that can be curbed through early age proper socialization and training. These dogs are generally loving and affectionate and are suitable for families with small children.
Care
They should be trained not to jump or lean on adults and children as they have massive weight.
Training
They are obedient and intelligent dogs and should not be difficult to train.
Activity
The Great Danebull dogs will require daily walk to satisfy their energy drive. They may also need playing and running opportunities that satisfy their body and mind.
