The Mini Australian Shepterrier is a designer dog cross between the Australian Terrier and Miniature Australian Shepherd. This breed gets along well and plays with other dogs his size. He warns its master of strangers and barks, but after a few visits he warms up to them. He sits, lays down, stays and barks on command.
Color
They come in blue merle, blue, black, brown and white combinations. They are often seen in tri-colors.
Coat
Their coat is long, straight, silky, thick and double coated.
Personality
The Mini Australian Shepterrier is a sweet, affectionate, playful, adorable and fun-loving breed. They love to be cuddled and follows their master everywhere. These small dogs are normally active indoors.
Care
They shed very often but needs regular brushing and grooming to upkeep their coat. Bathing should be done when necessary, using a hypoallergenic or mild soap to refrain them from having skin irritations.
Training
They are intelligent and are very easy to train. Positive reinforcement is advised and a firm, consistent and fair trainer. It is also important for their training to be fun and enjoyable to keep them interested.
