Breed Details
General
The Pekarin breed is a hybrid from the Cairn Terrier and Pekingese breeds. They are very friendly, curious and loving yet sometimes they could be stubborn. Firm and consistent training should be able to balance this behavior.
Color
The Pekarin's color can vary from black or brown depending on which color they inherited from their parents/ancestors.
Coat
This breed's coat length could be long to medium length just like their ancestors. They will also tend to acquire the shaggy look from the Cairn Terrier line.
Personality
The Pekarin breed is very friendly, curious and loving dog. They might bark more often as acquired from their parents/ancestors. Although it could be reduced with proper training.
Care
As the Pekarin breed sheds moderately, frequent brushing is highly recommended. Grooming and bathing should also be done regularly to keep their hygiene in top shape.
Training
As both the Pekingese and the Cairn Terrier tends to be stubborn in nature, training could be a little bit more challenging for the Pekarin breed.
Activity
The breed needs their daily walks for exercise. Play is also great for exercise to improve socialization as well. These activities keep them balanced dogs.
