Breed Details

General

Sceagle are cross hybrids from Scottish Terrier and Beagle. These dogs are quite aggressive yet affectionate and loves the attention they get from the family. They are moderately smart and can easily be trained.

Color

Sceagle may come in varieties of coat colors such as black, tri-color, orange & white, white & red, white and dark grey or combinations of these colors from their parents.

Coat

Sceagle has a medium to long, silky coat.

Personality

Sceagle dogs are not so playful, but are make a great family dog. They loves the attention they get from the family. They can get along well with children and also with other pets, especially those they have been raised with together. They may be aggressive at times but intelligent and smart.

Care

The Sceagle sheds moderately. Brushing every 15-30 minutes daily may help them get rid of the hair loss. Bathing should be done when necessary to maintain proper hygiene.

Training

Sceagle are smart, little dogs. They can easily be trained. Early socialization may be needed to help the dog control its aggressiveness.

Activity

Sceagle are quite the lazy dog. They do not require much exercise and are not so playful as the other dogs. But they would enjoy daily walks and trips to parks.
