Schnau-Tzu dogs are cross breeds between Miniature Schnauzer and Shih Tzu. They are small, short legged with a curled tail dogs. They make a good companion and makes an appearance of a teddy bear.

Color

Schnau-Tzu dogs come in colors black, black and white, brown, tan and silver.

Coat

The Schnau-Tzu dogs have soft, fine coat.

Personality

Schnau-Tzu dogs are smart, alert and quick to learn. They love being pleased and enjoys the attention they get. It is considered as a social breed.

Care

Schnau-Tzu moderately sheds. Regular grooming, brushing at least twice a week is advised. However Brushing frequently is more favored to prevent tangles and mats.

Training

The Schnau-Tzu is very smart dog who can learn easily especially when there is proper and positive reinforcement training.

Activity

Schnau-Tzu dogs are energetic,playful and always happy. As for their exercise, they should be taken for a brisk but short walk for a couple of times a day. They also appreciate indoors plays.
