General
These dogs are smart, affectionate, friendly and playful. Like both their parents, these large dogs are good in herding, tracking, obedience, retrieving and military works.
Color
Shollie comes in varieties of colors but comes mostly in combinations of white, black, tan, sables and cream.
Coat
The Shollie has a short, silky, smooth coat.
Personality
Shollies are lovable, affectionate, sweet dogs who loves to please their owners. They can be stubborn at times, like getting bored during training. They are very playful and makes a great companion.
Care
Shollies sheds moderately. They need to be brushed and groomed regularly to preserve their coat.
Training
The Shollies are intelligent dogs. Early obedient training and socialization with these large dogs is a must. Strict, harsh and irrational training will not be good for them, they might be become stubborn and refuse to cooperate.
Activity
Shollies does not need much of an exercise. They may be energetic but are also playful as well. They burn most of their energy by playing. However, they would love to go on trips, running and walking on the park and the yard.
