The Silky-Pin is a designer dog cross between the Miniature Pinscher and Silky Terrier. These are very lovable, affectionate and fun-loving dogs. They make a great humane companion and are very friendly dogs.
Silky-Pin comes mostly in brown with combinations of black markings on their ears, body and head.
Silky-Pin has a silky, straight to wavy, medium in length coat.
Silky-Pins has a similar temperament to their Miniature Pinscher parent but rather less aggressive. They have a friendly personality and loves to be with their owners most of the time. They would make a great lap dogs and wonderful companions especially to singles.
Silky-Pins sheds moderately. They require daily brushing to refrain matting of hairs and remove dead furs. Bathing must be scheduled once a month and monthly trimming is recommended to keep these breeds look great.
Silky-Pins are smart dogs and easy to train. Being Strict and harsh on housebreaking would not do good in them, instead a proper training with firmness, consistency and patience would be better. These small dogs needs proper attention to be able to get them to follow the training.
Silky-Pins are highly energetic and playful dogs, but somehow needs less exercise to none. Most of their energy is burned off to playing. These small dogs makes perfect for apartment or small houses. They usually run all over the house or even better in the yard.
