Rhabdomyosarcoma is a very rare type of melignant and metastasizing (spreading) tumor that is derived from stem cells or it develops in striated muscle (form of fibers that are combined into parallel fibers) that surround the developing Müllerian or Wolffian ducts. The tumor often spreads to the internal organs and to the lymph nodes.
Symptoms associated with rhabdomyosarcoma are
Predominantly consistent with a lower urinary tract infection
Blood in the urine
Straining to urinate
Frequent urination in small quantities
Urine retention/inability to urinate
