The dog has bruise(s) on the skin. Bruises may occur as a result of scrapping against a hard surface or minor injuries during playing or fighting. These can also be seen in certain disorders of blood clotting. These could also be accompanied with blood in stool, urine, or mouth, nose, external genitals. Clotting disorders could be due to drugs, toxins, infections, liver or kidney failure or other diseases.
