Eye movements unintentional

The dog has an involuntary and rhythmic oscillation type of the eyeballs; especially when trying to focus. Movements could be jerky – slow movement in one direction with a rapid one in the opposite direction (jerk nystagmus), or oscillatory (pendular nystagmus). Head tilting and circling Is alsoassociated with this. Causes are primarily related to disorders of the vestibular system.
