The dog is eating a lot more than usual. This could be behavioral or pathological. Behavioral polyphagia will result in obesity. Pathological could be due to many diseases including hormonal imbalance, digestive disorder, diabetes, worms, infections, or anemia. This could also be accompanied with polyuria & polydipsia.
