The dog seems to be falling or losing balance. Causes could be ataxia, infection, toxin, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, head trauma or other intracranial problems such as hemorrhage, stroke, aneurysm, or tumors. Look for head injuries, ear discharge or glucose levels in case the dog is diabetic.
